In these Terms, "Mental Mastery", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mental Mastery. "You" and "your" refer to the person using our website or purchasing our products.

By accessing or using our website, placing an order or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase from us.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, where applicable.

Our products are intended for personal use and general wellbeing purposes only.

Mental Mastery products and content are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

If you are experiencing serious or ongoing mental health difficulties, you should seek appropriate support from a qualified healthcare professional or relevant support service.

SECTION 3 - ACCOUNTS

Some features of our website may allow you to create or use a customer account.

You are responsible for keeping your account information and login details secure and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You must notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must not transfer, sell or assign your account to another person.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, colours and the appearance of products may vary depending on your device, screen settings and other factors.

Product images are provided for illustration purposes. Physical products may have minor differences in colour, finish or appearance from images shown on our website.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, specifications and availability at any time.

We may discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Your order is not accepted until we have confirmed acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:

- A product is unavailable.
- There is an error in the product description or price.
- We suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- We are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

SECTION 6 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are accurate. However, if we discover an obvious pricing error, we may contact you before fulfilling your order.

Payment must be received before your order is processed.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not normally have access to your full payment card details.

Promotional offers, discounts and voucher codes may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

SECTION 7 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products purchased through our website are supplied as downloadable digital files, such as PDF documents, unless otherwise stated.

You are purchasing a licence for your personal use of the digital product. You do not acquire ownership of the copyright or intellectual property contained within the product.

Digital products must not be:

- Resold or redistributed.
- Shared publicly or privately with others.
- Uploaded to file-sharing websites.
- Reproduced for commercial use.
- Modified and sold or distributed as a new product.
- Used to create competing products.
- Given away as part of another commercial product or service.

You may download and use your purchased digital product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Because digital products can be supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked to confirm that you consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory cancellation right once supply begins.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

SECTION 8 - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products are supplied for personal use unless otherwise stated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are packaged appropriately before dispatch.

Minor variations in colour, printing, texture or finish may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to your statutory rights.

SECTION 9 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated processing and delivery times stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, couriers, suppliers, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply where appropriate.

SECTION 10 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Our Refund Policy provides further information about returns, refunds and cancellations.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

For eligible online purchases of physical goods, you will generally have a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to applicable exceptions.

If you cancel an eligible order in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights, we will provide a refund in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including personalised or customised goods and certain digital content once supply has begun with the required consent and acknowledgement.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any statutory rights that you have as a consumer.

SECTION 11 - FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your physical product arrives damaged, faulty or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with details of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this section.

We are not responsible for the policies, practices or availability of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 16 - WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep our website available and operating correctly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.

We may temporarily suspend, modify or update the website for maintenance, security, technical or business reasons.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The latest version will be published on our website.

Your use of the website or purchase of products after updated Terms have been published will be subject to the updated Terms.
