Return and Refund Policy

At Mental Mastery, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy applies to products purchased directly through the Mental Mastery website.

Physical products

If you change your mind about a physical product purchased online, you can request cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

Please contact us before returning any item. Do not return products directly to our production or fulfilment partner. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, you are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the problem and, where appropriate, photographs. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method. Where a refund is due, we will process it within the time required by law.

Digital downloads

Digital products are supplied electronically.

Because digital products can be downloaded and accessed immediately, your statutory cancellation rights may end once you have expressly agreed to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledged that you will lose your 14-day cancellation right.

If a digital product is faulty, defective, inaccessible or not as described, please contact us and we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects or limits your statutory consumer rights. Products must meet the requirements of UK consumer law, including being as described and of satisfactory quality where applicable.
